Investing in the future of Healthcare
Why it is time to change
I am writing to explain why I believe investing in a new technology that will change how medical imaging is performed in the future is a sound decision.
Outpatient care is the future of healthcare. A recent study by the Rand Corporation found that by 2030, 78 percent of all Americans will receive their care as outpatients. That number will only continue to grow as the population ages and chronic diseases become more prevalent. Remote monitoring of chronic diseases is becoming increasingly important as well.
A study by the Journal of the American Medical Association found that patients with chronic diseases who were monitored remotely had a 30 percent decrease in hospital admissions. In the future, ultrasound imaging will be performed by consumers.
A study by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine found that over 50 percent of minorities don't have access to regular ultrasound exams. Having accessible and affordable medical imaging will help to decrease readmissions. Creating medical data on the disease progress of outpatients will help to optimize drug development.
In a study by the New England Journal of Medicine, it was found that data collected on the progress of the disease helped to optimize the development of new treatments. Investing in this technology is a sound decision that will help to change the landscape of healthcare.
With the growing trend of outpatient care and the importance of remote monitoring, this technology will be in high demand.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
